Gombe Line reaffirms lowest fares, unveils updated price list for different destinations in the country

Gombe State Transport Services, popularly known as Gombe Line, has reiterated its commitment to providing passengers with the most affordable transport fares and improved comfort across its routes nationwide.

Our correspondent Fatima Abubakar Fullaty gathered from a press statement issued on Sunday, 7th September 2025, and signed by Muhammad Sani Usman, the company’s Head of Social Media, that the transport firm has reviewed and confirmed its current fares for major routes across Nigeria.

According to the statement, passengers can travel from Gombe to Abuja or Kaduna for ₦15,000, while the Gombe–Lagos route remains ₦30,000.

Trips to Port Harcourt stand at ₦25,000, Kano at ₦8,500, and Bauchi at ₦4,000.

Long-distance northern routes such as Gombe–Sokoto and Gombe–Zamfara are ₦19,000 and ₦15,000 respectively, while intra-regional trips, including Gombe–Biu, Billiri, and Kaltungo, range between ₦1,200 and ₦3,500.

Other routes include Katsina at ₦12,000, Makurdi ₦16,000, Jos ₦7,500, Lafia ₦13,000, Maiduguri ₦9,500, Damaturu ₦6,000, Potiskum ₦5,000, Minna ₦16,000, Gusau ₦16,000, Zaria ₦12,000, Azare ₦4,500, and Yola ₦6,500.

The company urged its customers to continue to rely on Gombe Line for reliable, affordable, and safe inter-state travel.
